Christmas in Krakow.
This year my family was lucky to visit the Catholic Christmas in Krakow. It was abnormally warm winter +14°C. No snow.
Christmas fairs, festive streets, countless tourists, this is what Krakow is on holiday. It is hectic and dreamy at the same time. There are many decorated Christmas trees in the main square, as well as other trees dressed with garlands, wooden huts with various tasty foods – from sausages and barbecue to caramelized apples and biscuits – delicacies suiting every taste. Fair is the highlight of Christmas city for tourists. These days the fair is also in Krakow. Here you can try a variety of tasty foods: fried sausages and potatoes, bigos, dumplings, grilled chicken breast, flavored mulled wine...Shooting photos, I was sorry that couldn’t express delicious flavor that was in the air and attracted passersby. There were a lot of Christmas trees and huge bright colored ornaments, near which I felt very tiny. There also were handmade ceramics, various stuffed toys, straw angels and Christmas decorations to fit every taste.
